What you can count on.
30 day fit guarantee
If your assistant is not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace them at no cost. If we cannot place someone who fits, we refund the unused part of that month.
A supervisor reviews the work
Every assistant works under a team lead who reviews output, covers absences and keeps the work to your standard. You see results, not timesheets.
You own everything
On full payment, every deliverable, SOP, account and automation we create for you is yours. Accounts stay in your name.
Fixed prices, no hourly billing
Plans are priced by hours. Builds get one fixed quote after a call, and once we give you a number it does not move unless you change the scope.
Never subcontracted
The work is done by a supervised assistant or specialist on our team, in your tools and your Slack. Never a rotating pool.
Easy to leave
Three month minimum, then thirty days notice. Ending the engagement costs nothing, and we hand over all documentation.
Are we the right fit?
We are a good fit if you:
- Want work owned and reviewed, not just hours logged
- Want your processes written down and kept
- Want the repetitive work automated over time
- Can give a monthly plan three months to set up and settle in
We are not the right fit if you:
- ·Only need hands at the lowest hourly rate. A marketplace is the better choice, and we will say so.
- ·Would rather manage freelancers yourself, task by task
- ·Cannot commit to three months on a monthly plan (one-off automation builds have no minimum)

Meet the founder.
The Sixth Hire is run by Majesty Amazona, Founder and CEO. In 2017 he started placing and managing remote operators for businesses, not as a marketplace but as the person accountable for whether the work got done. He has managed operators and client accounts and built CRM and automation stacks that are still running. Every first call is with him, not a sales rep.

No. Our clients know their business, not our stack. That is the point.
Do you manage the assistant, or do I?+
We do. Every assistant works under a team lead who reviews output, covers absences and keeps the work to your standard. You see results, not timesheets.
Where is your team based?+
Our assistants and specialists are in the Philippines. We serve clients worldwide and work the hours you need covered.
How do I choose between part time and full time?+
Part time is 80 hours a month, roughly one assistant at 20 hours a week. Full time is 160 hours, which you can take as one person or split across two specialists. We will tell you which fits on the call.
Is automation really included?+
Yes. Every plan includes build hours, five on part time and twelve on full time. We use them to automate the repetitive parts of your work so the hours go down over time.
Can I buy one automation without a monthly plan?+
Yes. Anything in AI and automation can be bought on its own. Rapid Deploy gets one automation designed, built, tested and live for $1,500 fixed.
What happens to my systems if we stop?+
You keep everything. Accounts in your name, SOPs in your drive, documentation handed over. Ending the engagement itself costs nothing. It is thirty days notice after month three.
