Anything marked "from" depends on how many systems and pipelines are involved. We scope it on the call at no charge and give you one fixed number. Builds are billed 50 percent to start and 50 percent on delivery.

We are not the cheapest, on purpose.
You can hire someone for four dollars an hour on a marketplace, and you should if what you need is hands. What you are paying for here is a supervisor who reviews the work, a backup who covers sick days on the full time plan, SOPs you keep, and build hours that shrink the job every month. If none of that matters for your situation, we will tell you so on the call.

How do I choose between part time and full time?+
Part time is 80 hours a month, roughly 20 hours a week. That covers inbox, calendar and one focused function. Full time is 160 hours a month, which is enough to run two functions or split across two specialists. If you are not sure, book the call and we will tell you which fits.
What are the automation build hours?+
Every plan includes build hours that go to automating whatever your assistant repeats most. Part time includes 5 hours a month, full time includes 12. They are part of the plan, not a separate invoice, and the goal is to shrink the manual work over time.
What does the three month minimum mean?+
Month one is setup and integration. Month two is optimisation and the first automations. Month three is where the results start to show. After that it is thirty days notice, any time, no fee.
Can I buy a build or marketing without a monthly plan?+
Yes. Anything in AI and automation or marketing and web can be bought on its own. You get a real number after one call and it does not move.
Do unused hours roll over?+
No. They also do not disappear quietly. We review usage on your call, and if you are consistently under we move you down and tell you.
Who actually does the work?+
A supervised assistant or specialist on our team, in your tools and your Slack. Never subcontracted, never a rotating pool.
What if the assistant is not the right fit?+
If your assistant is not the right fit inside the first 30 days, we replace them at no cost, and the replacement period does not count against your term. If we cannot place someone who fits, we refund the unused portion of that month.
