Majesty started placing and managing remote operators for US businesses. Not as a marketplace, as the person accountable for whether the work got done.
The pattern.
Owners kept hiring help before they had systems, then blaming the help. The work was not failing because the person was bad. It was failing because nothing was written down and nothing was connected.
Why the name.
Most businesses make five hires before things stabilise: sales, marketing, finance, support, delivery. The sixth is the one nobody thinks to make, the person who owns how the work actually runs.
