1. Who we are and how to contact us

The Sixth Hire is operated by Majestic Virtual Assistants LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as The Sixth Hire. You can reach us at hello@thesixthhire.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the following information:

• Your name, email, phone and company, and anything you submit through our forms or booking calendar.
• Payment and billing details you enter on our checkout pages. These are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiries and deliver our services.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information with the providers of our CRM, hosting, calendar, email and payment tools. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Our team is in the Philippines and your data may be processed there.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data for 24 months. We keep client data for the length of the engagement, plus 7 years where we are required to for tax purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or port your personal data. This applies under the GDPR for people in the UK and the EEA, and under the CCPA for California residents.

8. Cookies and how to opt out

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It uses only essential cookies needed for the site to work securely and for the booking calendar and payment pages to function. Those cookies are set by the providers of those services (our CRM and calendar provider, our payment processor and our security provider). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the booking calendar and payment pages may not work without them.

9. Not directed at anyone under 18

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. How we notify you of changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For changes that affect how we handle client data, we will also notify active clients by email.
