The process

From first conversation to dependable support.

Four stages, agreed around your role and scope. We learn the work, match the right person, get them running, then keep improving it.

01

Stage 1, Discover

What you do

  • Share your goals and the work that keeps landing on you
  • Walk us through your tools and current workload
  • Tell us the coverage and hours you have in mind

What we handle

  • Map the functions that actually need running
  • Draft a clear role brief from what you describe
  • Recommend part time or full time based on scope
02

Stage 2, Match

What you do

  • Review the assistants we put forward
  • Interview the finalist and ask your own questions
  • Choose the person who fits your work

What we handle

  • Hand-pick assistants with relevant tool skills
  • Assess role fit against your actual tasks
  • Arrange the interviews and handle the scheduling
03

Stage 3, Onboard

What you do

  • Grant access to the tools and channels they need
  • Confirm priorities for the first weeks
  • Stay reachable for the questions that come up

What we handle

  • Write documented SOPs for every workflow
  • Set up your dedicated Slack channel
  • Run the first tasks under supervision
04

Stage 4, Improve

What you do

  • Review the reports and steer priorities
  • Tell us what is working and what is not
  • Hand over new work as the role matures

What we handle

  • Supervise output and keep quality consistent
  • Send weekly or monthly reporting
  • Use included build hours to automate the repeats

Timing is agreed around your role and scope. We move as quickly as the role allows, and we keep you posted at each stage rather than promising a fixed date.

In every engagement

You set the priorities. We manage execution.

  • Leadership oversight: A supervisor reviews the work, not just the hours.
  • A dedicated Slack channel: Direct access to your assistant and our team lead.
  • Documented SOPs: Every workflow written down and yours to keep.
  • Reporting: Weekly or monthly, depending on your plan.
  • Included build hours: Automation time in every plan, no separate invoice.
  • Backup coverage: A trained backup for sick days and leave, included in the full time plan.

Included automation

Build hours that shrink the job.

5 automation build hours per month

Included in the part time plan. Enough to automate the one or two tasks your assistant repeats most, so the manual work goes down over time.

12 automation build hours per month

Included in the full time plan. Room for multi-step workflows, cross-tool connections and the automations that keep a larger workload moving.

Low risk by design.

  • 30 day fit guarantee: If your assistant is not the right fit in the first 30 days, we replace them at no cost. The replacement period does not count against your term.
  • No setup fee, no hourly billing: You pay the plan price. Builds are quoted as one fixed number.
  • You keep everything: Accounts in your name, SOPs in your drive, documentation handed over.
  • Thirty days notice after month three: Ending the engagement costs nothing.

Straight answers.

What happens on the free call?

Twenty minutes. You describe how the work flows today, we ask about tools and volume, and we tell you what we would do first. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we say that.

How long does matching and onboarding take?

Timing is agreed around your role and scope. We move as quickly as the role allows, and we keep you posted at each stage rather than promising a fixed date that may not fit your situation.

Do I need to know anything about AI or automation?

No. Our clients know their business, not our stack. That is the point.

Where is your team based?

Our assistants and specialists are in the Philippines. We serve clients worldwide and work the hours you need covered.

Are these virtual assistants?

They are operators and specialists, hired, trained and supervised by us. A marketplace sends you a stranger. We send someone we have already assessed, who has a supervisor reviewing their output.

Why only two plans?

You need part time help or full time help. Everything else is scope, and scope belongs in a conversation, not a pricing table.

Is backup coverage included?

A trained backup for sick days and leave is included in the full time plan. Part time plans are covered by our supervision layer, but do not include a dedicated backup.

What are the included automation build hours?

Every plan includes build hours that go to automating whatever your assistant repeats most. Part time includes 5 hours a month, full time includes 12. They are part of the plan, not a separate invoice.

Can I buy a build without a monthly plan?

Yes. Anything in AI and automation or marketing and web can be bought on its own. One automation through Rapid Deploy is $1,500 fixed.

What tools do you work in?

GoHighLevel is our primary platform. Also HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

What happens to my systems if we stop?

You keep everything. Accounts in your name, SOPs in your drive, documentation handed over. Ending the engagement itself costs nothing. It is thirty days notice after month three.

It starts with a twenty minute call.
