Virtual assistants
A dedicated virtual assistant, supervised by us.
A pre-vetted assistant works inside your tools every day, and a team lead reviews the work. You get the help without a payroll, a hiring process or becoming a manager. On the full time plan you can take the hours as one person or split them across two specialists, at the same price.

Managed, not matched and forgotten
More than a virtual assistant.
Our assistants are operators and specialists, hired, trained and supervised by us. A marketplace sends you a stranger. We send someone we have already assessed, who has a supervisor reviewing their output.
Dedicated
A specialist matched to your tools and your work, not a rotating pool. They learn your business and stay.
Supervised
A team lead reviews output, covers absences and keeps the work to your standard. You see results, not timesheets.
Documented
Every workflow is written down and yours to keep. If someone steps away, the next person can pick up the SOP and keep going.
Connected
A dedicated Slack channel gives you direct access to your assistant and our team lead.
Included automation
Why build hours are in every plan.
Because an assistant doing the same task two hundred times a month is a problem, not a service. Those hours go to automating whatever they repeat most. We would rather have a smaller invoice we keep than a bigger one we lose.
5 automation build hours per month, included in Part time. Enough to automate the one or two tasks your assistant repeats most.
12 automation build hours per month, included in Full time. Room for multi-step workflows, cross-tool connections and the automations that keep a larger workload moving.
Two plans. Part time or full time.
Part time
80 hours a month
$1,497 /month
- One dedicated assistant, up to 20 hours a week
- Leadership oversight
- Documented SOPs
- Dedicated Slack channel
- Weekly strategy call
- Monthly KPI report
- 5 automation build hours
Full time
160 hours a month
$2,497 /month
- One or two assistants covering the 160 hours, your choice
- A trained backup for sick days and leave
- Everything in Part time
- Priority Slack with same day response
- Weekly KPI report
- Quarterly roadmap session
- 12 automation build hours
Two specialists at 80 hours each often beats one generalist at 160. We will tell you which shape fits on the call.
Three month minimum, then thirty days notice. No setup fee. Hours do not roll over.

Straight answers.
Are these virtual assistants?
They are operators and specialists, hired, trained and supervised by us. A marketplace sends you a stranger. We send someone we have already assessed, who has a supervisor reviewing their output.
Who actually does the work?
A supervised assistant or specialist on our team, in your tools and your Slack. Never subcontracted, never a rotating pool.
Is backup coverage included?
A trained backup for sick days and leave is included in the full time plan. Part time plans are covered by our supervision layer, but do not include a dedicated backup.
How long does matching and onboarding take?
Timing is agreed around your role and scope. We move as quickly as the role allows, and we keep you posted at each stage rather than promising a fixed date that may not fit your situation.
What does the three month minimum mean?
Month one is setup and integration. Month two is optimisation and the first automations. Month three is where the results start to show. After that it is thirty days notice, any time, no fee.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. They also do not disappear quietly. We review usage on your call, and if you are consistently under your hours we will tell you and move you down.
